Olivet Grange Vineyard is the Inman Family's sensitively farmed and certified organic estate vineyard and is located amidst some of Sonoma County's most respected vineyards. The wine is made without any additions of water, acid, enzymes, or tannins and is fermented with the native yeast on the grapres and the naturally available malolactic bacteria. The careful winemaking has produced a wine of crunchy red fruits and aromatic savoury spices.
