We hope you have not arrived on this page as a result of something going wrong!  

Refunds and Returns

We understand that sometimes minds can change and mistakes can be made. If this has happened to you, and you change you mind for any reason within 14 days of purchasing any products from us, these may be returned to us and you will receive a full refund less the original cost of postage. Refunds will be generally processed the day the goods arrive back with us. In the, hopefully, rare event of this occurring, please email or call us within the 14 day period. The cost of returning the order will be at your own expense. 

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your have received damaged goods then please call us immediately. We may request you to take some photos of the damaged products so the appropriate action can be taken. We will endeavour to have your goods replaced as soon as possible.

If the products arrive and they are incorrect then please get in touch with us within 14 days and we will have them replaced with the correct products as soon as possible. You will not be charged for the collection of the incorrect goods or the postage of the correct goods. 

If the unimaginable were to occur and you receive a bottle of vinegar with a wine label (otherwise known as a corked or faulty wine) then please let us know immediately and retain all parts of the wine including the cork or screw-cap. We will do our best to either replace or refund the wine with refunds generally processed the day the goods arrive back with us.
