This Cabernet Sauvignon is grown at Grove Estate's Bit O’ Heaven vineyard on the southern side of Young at an elevation of 550 metres. The rich red soil produces magnificent dry land Cabernet.  The wine delivers cabernet’s fragrance, lovely red-berry flavours and assertive tannins. A standout wine from the Hilltops.

Consume now or cellar for many years.
